That would be the goalie of the best team in the National Hockey League (official standings notwithstanding), the Buffalo Sabres, who stopped 42 shots in an outstanding performance yesterday as the US hockey team beat the powerhouse Canadians 5-3. Just awesome.

Phelps Lost!

I like that Phelps kid, seems like a good goofball. But damn, it sure looked like he lost last night. I'm not saying I think he did, and I'm happy for him, but if I were the Serbs, I'd have protested, too.
