I guess he just forgot. You know - like the same way Democrat Senator Feinstein forgot she wanted the local federal attorney fired last year and now cries he was fired for "political reasons".
Or like Clinton forgetting how he had sex with an intern in the whitehouse.
Or like (again) Feinstein forgetting that her husband (and thus her) would profit from defense contracts she pushed through the MILCON committee.
