
Wish I knew what kind of flowers these were. Took the shot up in the Cascades.
Update: They kind of look like chicory. Says the flowers remain on the plant for only a single day. We might have been luckier than we knew. (Sure seems to be wild chicory)

Some people call them Cornflowers, but I agree with you, looks like Chickory. I love them too. Not so hot in a bouquet I learned, they drop fast.
Wish I were better with my plant I.D. -- still working on that.
